Tasks & objectives

Bundesverband für strukturierte Wertpapiere (BSW), the German Structured Securities Association, is the industry representative body for the leading issuers of structured securities in Germany.
The BSW aims to improve the policy and regulatory framework for structured securities in Germany and Europe and contribute to more private investors realising the advantages of structured securities and deciding in favour of this sensible addition to their portfolios. We focus on industry standards and voluntary commitments to increase the comprehensibility of products, the transparency of the market, and the protection of investors.
